Question: Is it safe to order online?
Answer: Yes. glowskies uses the industry recognized system of PayPal. This system means all information (i.e.: credit card and person details) are kept secure by PayPal. If you still feel uneasy about such transactions feel free to contact one of our sales staff to arrange COD.
Question: Are my personal details safe with glowskies?
Answer: We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers’ information with any other parties. We do however keep contact data base for internal promotional offers. If you would like to be removed please email info@glowskies.com
Question: What is glowskies refund/exchange policy?
Answer: We at glowskies always value customer satisfaction. If for any reason you’re unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of purchase. The lanterns must be in their original packaging, intact, unopened and unused.
Question: How can I place an order?
Answer: Please refer to out How to Order section.
Question: Can orders be customized?
Answer: Yes. You can print your initials, message, picture or anything you want on the lantern or the insert. A minimum order applies and pricing may vary according to what requires to be printed, how many colors to be used, etc… Also, please keep in mind that customized orders may require up to 40 days to deliver. Question: What if my lantern is damaged?
Answer: Our customers’ satisfaction is our main priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, or in the unlikely case of finding a defect, we will be more than happy to replace your lanterns.
Question: Are the Floating Lanterns re-usable?
Answer: Yes, as long as the paper does not get damaged, you can simply replace the tea-light candle and reuse.
Question: Are the lanterns used for indoor or outdoor only?
Answer: All lanterns except for the Flying Lanterns, can be used indoors as well as outdoors. They function with the use of tea-light candles so a dimmed ambience is best to get the natural light of the candle.
Question: How do I use my STARLIGHTS?
Answer: Simply hang from ceiling with a thread or a fish line, and decorate your space. The hand made STARLIGHTS look best when lit with a light bulb. Just hang the STARLIGHT and insert a light cord (available), use a light bulb (mo more than 15 watts) to create a beautifully lit pattern on the ceiling and walls of the space.
Question: Does glowskies deliver worldwide?
Answer: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may vary so please contact us for a quote.
Question: When will my order be delivered?
Answer: Within UAE - Products purchased before 3pm will be delivered in Dubai the next day. Orders placed after 3pm or on a Friday or public holidays and orders throughout UAE (outside Dubai) will be delivered within 48 hours of purchase.
International Deliveries will vary according to shipment option chosen, please contact us for a quote.
Question: How much does Shipping/Delivery cost?
Answer: For all goods purchased within Dubai city, please add 20 to your order value. For orders in Jebal Ali and Jumeirah Village, please add Dhs 25. For all goods purchased outside Dubai (within UAE), we will source the best courier offer for you.
Free delivery within the UAE will be offered to orders of total purchase value of Dhs 500 or more.
